4:00 to 7:00pm – Digital Art Showdown (Top 4 Artists)
8:00pm – Awarding Ceremonies

MECHANICS FOR DIGITAL ART CONTEST:
1) The contest is open to artists of all ages, with or without experience.
2) Contestants will be given one hour to interpret the given theme using Adobe Photoshop CS3 or Corel Painter X I, an Intuos 3 Wacom tablet and a high-speed, multicore computer unit powered by Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme.
3) Interested participants will have to pre-register for the one hour-use of the given 2D Animation tools, according to their availability. Prior to the event, those interested may text or e-mail their names and contact numbers to 0917-8111086 or digitaloverdrive2007@gmail.com, together with their preferred schedule. Those who wish to pre-register during the event are also free to do so during the whole of November 30, Friday, and until 12:00nn of December 1, Saturday.
4) Entries will be judged according to the following criteria: Originality – 25%, Creativity – 25%, Quality of Work – 25% and Adherence to Theme – 25%.
5) After the eliminations, four (4) top artists will be chosen to return for the digital animation showdown. The winner will be awarded PHP10,000.00, while semi-finalists will win PHP 2,500.00 each.
